Telephone Management System
TMS is the abbreviation for Telephone management system. A basic TMS is sometimes included with the managed voice solution but this is fancy itemized bill with basic reports being available.
To get the full reporting that most business require we recommend a Dedicated TMS system that is connected to the PABX. This is very helpful at keep a handle on your business monthly telephone account. We can assist with either an on sight solution or even a cloud based solution.
We also provide a hosted Cloud based TMS solution that can connect to any type of Telephone System.
Number Porting & Allocation
Take your number with you when you change your service provider. GEOGRAPHIC NUMBER CAPABILITY Include a geographic telephone number (031/ 011/ 021 etc.) in your hunt group, boosting your image and presence to your clients.
We can also have blocks of numbers assigned so that you can take advantage of PABX with direct extension dialling.
